2–4 weeksPermitting & Regulatory
We navigate Maricopa County permitting, HOA approvals for communities like DC Ranch and Desert Mountain, and all required inspections.
2–3 weeksExcavation & Steel
Precision excavation through desert hardpan and caliche. Reinforced steel framework engineered for Arizona’s expansive soils and seismic considerations.
1–2 weeksGunite, Plumbing & Electrical
Pneumatically applied gunite shell with integrated plumbing, gas lines for fire features, and electrical conduit for LED and automation systems.
2–3 weeksTile, Coping & Hardscape
Hand-laid tile waterline, precision coping installation, and flagstone or travertine decking. Every joint measured, every surface slip-tested.
2–4 weeksThe First Swim
Final plaster or pebble finish, equipment commissioning, water chemistry balance, smart system calibration, and a comprehensive pool school walkthrough.
